Artist retains full ownership of their music.

1. Permission To Use Music

Artist grants Curator permission to:
*Feature the submitted track in the Drop 10 Music monthly drop (digital streaming or download for subscribers).
*Include short excerpts (up to 30 seconds) in promotional material (social media, email, website).
*List the Artist's name, artwork, and links in promotional or editorial content.

2. No Payment Guaranteed

This feature is promotional. No royalties or fees are guaranteed unless otherwise stated. The Artist may benefit through exposure, new fans, and traffic to their platforms.

3. Warranties

Artist Confirms:
*They own or control the rights to the submitted track.
*The track does not contain unlicensed samples or infringe on any rights.

4. Term

This permission is granted for 12 months from the release date, unless terminated earlier by written request.
